Kerry draws on a successful business career with Marriott starting with a foundation in operational management and GM positions, then ramping up to a headquarters post of Director of the multi-million dollar initiatives of the corporate “Learning Business” division. The high value decision needed in her leadership roles led Kerry to the benefits of real-to-life training using business simulations.

In parallel to her expansive leadership role, Kerry found time to design and deliver over 20 targeted training courses for hospitality staff and managers. She has a special passion for the sustained customer experience that spawns positive reputations and significant business results.
